Sleeping overnight on the exhibition centre premises ↑
This time there will be more than 25,000 sleeping spaces available on the exhibition grounds, in the immediate vicinity of all the activities. The sleeping space in the youth camps is included in the entry fee.
If you will be sleeping in one of the halls allocated you should bring either a mat or air mattress and a sleeping bag or blanket with you. Camp beds will only be provided in the halls where helpers and the families will be sleeping.
If travelling by air with reduced baggage, for cost reasons, you may buy sleeping mats which can be held at the IYC premises for collection on arrival. This requirement must be registered beforehand with: email@example.com. Woolen blankets are also planned to be available for the price of 5 euros.
Staying overnight in the vicinity ↑
Where groups or individuals don't wish to make use of the cost-free sleeping spaces offered by the event organisers, they can book other overnight accommodation at their own cost. In and around Düsseldorf there are many youth hostels and hotels:
It is advised that a reduction to the entry fee will not be possible when making private overnight accommodation arrangements.
Offers of overnight stop-over ↑
Frankfurt am Main
