Dusseldorf/Bochum. One week after the International Youth Convention, remaining stock will be sold next Saturday. In the former church Bochum-Wattenscheid everyone has the opportunity to buy a souvenir of the Youth Convention or something for the furnishing of their own congregation.
The offer is something to be proud of: For sale, among other things, the remaining products from the welcome pack, so T-shirts, IYC backpacks, lanyards, shawls and the popular thermo cups. In addition, items from the IYC shop are in stock, including the long IYC scarfs, IYC seat cushion "Here I sit" and the IYC candles. Special prices apply.
Sun loungers and bar tables
Other things are being sold out of the sleeping halls, such as camp beds and blankets. From the various stands and action areas beach chairs, sports equipment, high tables, seating, pylons, seat cushions, or tents (new and used) are sold. But also technical devices are on offer: megaphones, power distributors, multiple sockets, hand-held scanners. There are also large quantities of office supplies such as punches, pens, scissors and much more.
On sale are also flags, signs and much more. The big banners and the stage decoration with the "Here I am" design will be auctioned off soon on eBay - but can be viewed on site.
Sales in Bochum-Wattenscheid
Planned sales dates in the former church Bochum-Wattenscheid (Dickebankstraße 25, 44866 Bochum) are theSaturdays, 8 and 15 June 2019, each from 10 am to 2 pm. Seller is the IYC 2019 Düsseldorf gGmbH as the organizer of the International Youth Day.
In their invitation, the organizers of the sale announce in advance that one item is already sold out: "Ribbons and signs for the green route are out of print."
The material was collected on Monday by a volunteer logistics team at the fair and brought to Wattenscheid. All in all, three truckloads full.
